Meet Sean Kvingedal
I’m a Portland-based social impact technologist and the founder of Town Stewards. For more than two decades, I’ve built open technologies that strengthen local communities and I’ve always been the person friends and neighbors call when a practical problem needs solving.
I graduated with a business marketing degree from Chico State becoming the first business student to oversee the schools environmental programs. I also served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Romania where I met amazing people and a lucky enough to have an adopted family that I keep in touch with to this day. I have also graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from Brandeis University where I met my wife and now we have 2 children.
My partner Regina and i both love to serve people and develop solutions that drive generational change. One of these projects is running a nonprofit called FuseChange.org where we build open source technology and support youth in their pursuit for education.
